Furry Friend Match is dedicated to animal welfare. All verified Rescues and Charities must adhere to these ethical standards to maintain their account standing.
We built this platform to support rescues, charities, and responsible rehoming — and to keep scammers and animal flippers out. The Verified Blue Tick is a privilege, not a right. By using our platform to list animals, you agree to prioritise the health, safety, and well-being of every pet above all else.
Every animal listed on Furry Friend Match must have undergone a standard veterinary health check. Dogs and cats must be appropriately vaccinated and microchipped prior to being transferred to their new home in accordance with state laws.
No puppy or kitten may leave its mother or be transferred to a new owner before they are at least 8 weeks of age. Listings may be created for upcoming litters, but the transfer date must strictly abide by this rule.
All photos uploaded must be of the actual animal available for adoption. The use of stock photography or photos of previous litters to represent a currently available pet is strictly prohibited and will result in listing removal.
If an adoption fee or purchase price applies, it must be discussed transparently with the adopter. Bait-and-switch pricing, hidden "paperwork fees," or auction-style bidding for animals are not allowed.
We expect all partners to adequately screen potential adopters to ensure the home is a suitable fit for the specific breed and temperament of the animal. You reserve the right to decline an adopter if you feel the home is unsuitable.
Partners must maintain polite and professional communication with all users through our messaging portal. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will result in immediate account termination.
Our moderation team actively reviews listings and investigates user reports. If a partner is found to be in violation of these guidelines or state animal welfare laws, we will take immediate action to protect our community.
