Welcome to Furry Friend Match. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Furry Friend Match provides a platform connecting pet adopters with verified rescues, charities, and private rehomers. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

To access secure messaging and full listing details, Adopters must maintain an active subscription. By choosing a subscription plan:

• You authorize Furry Friend Match to charge your provided payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your Account Dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months of service unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

3. Partner Verification

Partners (Rescues and Charities) must undergo a manual verification process. We reserve the right to deny or revoke "Verified Blue Tick" status if a partner fails to provide valid documentation, including but not limited to ABN, Charity Registration, or proof of authority.

4. User Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Engaging in "animal flipping" (buying animals to resell for profit).
• Using the platform to facilitate illegal animal fighting or trade.
• Harassing or abusing other users through our messaging system.
• Providing false location data or misrepresenting the health of an animal.

5. Animal Welfare Policy

Furry Friend Match has a zero-tolerance policy for animal cruelty or puppy mill operations. If we receive evidence of neglect, abuse, or unethical breeding practices, we will terminate the associated account immediately and cooperate fully with local law enforcement and the RSPCA.

6. Limitation of Liability

Furry Friend Match acts as a marketplace and communication tool. We do not own, sell, or guarantee the health or temperament of any animal listed on the site. The final adoption agreement is strictly between the Adopter and the Lister. We are not responsible for any incidents, damages, or injuries occurring after an adoption takes place.
