A small subscription fee is the single most effective tool we have for keeping the platform safe. Scammers and puppy mills rely on free platforms to spin up dozens of throwaway accounts. By requiring a real payment method on every side of the conversation, we filter out bots, bad actors and tyre-kickers — so rescues, charities and rehomers only ever speak to genuinely committed families.

The Rehoming plan is for private owners who need to find a new home for a pet they can no longer keep — up to 3 listings at a time, no documents required. The Rescue & Charity plan is for registered rescue organisations and charities who list regularly. It includes unlimited listings, the Verified Blue Tick, adopter profile access on every enquiry, and a partner profile page, and requires charity / ABN verification.

Every organisation goes through a manual verification process. We ask for your registered charity documentation, incorporation certificate, or ABN — whichever applies. We cross-reference these against the public charity and business registers before granting a Verified Blue Tick. This usually takes 1-2 business days.

Absolutely not. Every plan is billed month-to-month and you can cancel at any time directly from your dashboard with one click. Once you've found your perfect furry friend — or successfully rehomed yours — just cancel.

Yes. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, an industry-leading payment processor that uses bank-level encryption to ensure your data is completely safe.
